How Our Estate Clean-Out Services Work

Our estate clean-out services are meant to help you through a rough time with ease. We have perfected the process so that it can be done seamlessly and without direction on your part (unless you want to be involved). Our process is as follows:

Schedule an appointment with our crew to go over the estate. They will provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate for everything from packing to junk removal and donating
Upon approval, we start the plan we have in place to remove and move all of the items
The crew cleans all of the vacant areas
We transport any unwanted valuables to the appropriate charities and organizations and any sorted items to recycling facilities. We hope to either recycle or donate as much as 70% or more

Certainly, there might be valuables that you might want to keep. If you are interested in living in the house and just want to remove some of the furniture and move some of your own in, we can handle that too. Again, that can all be a part of the no-obligation estimate of upfront costs.

Make a system to organize and sort the room into donations, keep, and throw away. By knowing what goes where you can mark things off the list one by one and know where it is all going.

Organize What You’re Keeping

If you do want to keep things, make sure to pack and organize them so it will make it easier for you when they arrive where they are going. Have packing materials ready and a permanent marker so you can organize the boxes to get them where they belong.

Consider Donating Furniture and Large Items

When possible, donate large items and furniture to others who can use it. Many charities and donation centers will be happy to have these pieces!
